How to replace

Before installation follow these important safety steps:

B. Remove the front cover. Put it to one side

C. Un-screw the three mounting screws.

D.  Release the handle and pull the lamp out.
WARNING: Be extremely careful when removing the lamp module. In the unlikely event that the bulb ruptures, small glass fragments may come loose. The lamp module is designed to contain these fragments, but use caution when removing the lamp module.
NOTE: The ProjectionDesign 400-0003-00 projector lamp contains mercury and should not be thrown into regular garbage. Recycle this lamp!

Replace with a new lamp in reverse order.
E. Insert a new lamp. Observe the guide pins.

F. Fix the three mounting screws firmly. Do not use excess
force.

G. Re-position the handle.
Replace the front cover.
Fix the front cover screw carefully, but do not use excess force.

 

 

Each time you replace the ProjectionDesign 400-0003-00 projector lamp you will need to reset the PProjectionDesign Action M1 MKII projector lamp lamp timer so the projector can accurately track the lamp hours. To reset the:
  • Open the MENU option. Press ENTER.
  • Scroll down to the UTILTIES submenu.
  • Press reset the lamp time.

  • Use the Eco Mode for more lamp hours.
  • Keep your air filters clean to avoid overheating the projector.
