What a saga.... :o Sounds similar to the other Samsung Customer Service posts. Thanks for the detailed reply. I DID order the color wheel on Saturday; should arrive here early next week. No recent B&W freezes during the numerous football games (and the unfortunate Aggie loss to tu)!! Thanks

I have a HLN507WX/XAA which has operated flawlessly until it turned 6 yo. Since then, it starts fine, but after a few minutes the picture freezes in black and white, but the audio continues.
