Awesome tip! I actually fixed the alignment without having to go into the service menu. Fine tuning was done with little taps on the loose board while wife watched the front. Now I have a new issue. This morning, when I powered on the TV with the remote, the lamp light flashed like it normally does ...

UPDATE - I replaced the DMD board and got the tv working. I just have one issue now. The picture appears to be about 1 inch too high. The top 1 inch of the picture is cut off and the bottom 1 inch is black. Does anyone have any input on this issue?
