I wanted to know for sure if it was the input board that was the problem so I connecting the tv through the side inputs which are a completely different input board entirely seperate from the HDMI inputs. Ok i found the board. Its a hundred bucks to replace. I wonder if there is a cheaper fix????

So what youre saying is I need to replace the board where the HDMI hookups are correct? If so I cant find a replacement anywhere.

Ok I tried your link and when I put in my TV model # the only input boards they sell for my TV is the regular red white and yellow with the one USB hookup that goes on the side of the TV. Im not even using that input. My inputs are from my HDMI. I only have 2 hdmi inputs and the noises happen on bot...

As a tech, have you ever heard of this problem? Its really annoying having to unplug my tv every 30 min. And do you think a new input board will do the trick?
