*Update*

Samsung is still covering the repairs for the light tunnel issue on these TVs. Serviceman came out today and replaced it no charge.

If you have replaced the color wheel, make sure the ribbon was put in the correct way! I had mine backwards once and had the same problem for weeks ripping my hair out after changing the lamp and ballast.

Did you verify visually that the color wheel is intact? It could be shattered. This model DLP will not fire the lamp if the color wheel does not spin. If its ok, then I would definitely assume a ballast issue.

Something could be overheating... check all fans. If the lamp lights, then its fine. Clean out all dust that may have accumulated in the set.
