new lamp, ballast and color wheel. Lamp illuminates indicating good wheel and ballast as light will not burn if either is inop. Thinking a board is shot.

Samsung HLP6163wx/xaa. The lamp illuminates and there's audio but the screen is blan
k. The menu box will not display.Initialy after the power button is pressed the light that reads lamp blinks a few times and stops. Any ?
