No wierd sounds. no popping,no whining, no smoke. nothing other than what was stated. I did change the DLP lamp. It still has same problem. I ordered a Digital board however it will be some time before it gets here. Had a 12 day wait before it would ship.

HL56A650 POWER RELATED PROBLEM
TV was turned on, no picture came up. dlp lamp was on. tried to turn off but would not go off. only way to get it off was by unplugging it. Tv was due a bulb change so new lamp was ordered replaced. Still have same problem. Tv come's on when plugged in. Lamp light on front is flashing. Took lamp doo...
