Installed New Color Wheel but blurry??

Just installed a new color wheel, but now the picture is blurry? Just wondering if you guys have any ideas on what might be wrong? Turned on fine and everything, but the picture is just blurry?

Tried reseating the color wheel 3 times now and cleaning the bulb...but I am still getting a blurry screen. I can see colors and it looks like they are fine, but the entire screen is blurry??

I have a Samsung HLR6167 WX/XAA.....and I purchased the BP9600674A Color Wheel. I believe this is the correct one after doing some research on the internet. Has anyone ever had this problem or could offer some advice. Out of ideas on how to fix?
