HLT5076s new lamp worked about two hours

Hi, all!

My HLT5076s turned off, ran through the 3 restarts and finally stopped with the three lights blinking. We checked the fans and all were OK. I researched online and found that it was probably the lamp, so we ordered one.

Put it in tonight and it worked beautifully for two hours. The TV turned itself off and again went through 3 restarts and now has three lights blinking.

I guess I am going to have to pay the price to have a repair dude come out, but any thoughts on what it could be? And any hints on how much it will cost me to fix?

Most commonly Samsung television with 3 blinking lights in the front can mean something other than a lamp, fairly easy to diagnose, are there any sounds coming from the television? if not, did you get any discoloration/distortion on the screen before it stopped working?
