I got my tv from a friend and it wont turn on, I hit the power button and the lamp light flashes and a black screen appears, he had replaced the bulb and the dm board. But i think its still has something with bulb even though no lights are indicating the bulbs are bad. Thanks for any help

Let’s start with the basics.
Do you hear any weird noses coming from the back of the TV? Do you hear audio from the TV? Have you rest the lamp timer? Have you clean the inside of the Tv free from dust & mold?

No, when I turn it on it makes a click noise and the lamp light flashes, then when that lamp light stops, all you see is a black screen. I got is from a friend, and he had changed the dmd board, and replaced the lamp.

I have plugged it into and turn on the tv and then lamp comes cause you can see on the from behind, and you can see a light come on the screen like the tv is on, just its a black screen and when i turn off all the lights you can see it more clearly, then i turn it off and you can see the tv off. I was wondering if would be the lamp even though you can see it light up in the back or something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
