HLN5065WX/XAA Odd Problem

As per my other posts, I needed a colorwheel and also had to
replace the light tunnel. Also got a new lamp.. Old had 17,000 hrs
as it stayed on most of the time in AC room.

After replacing the parts I closed it all up and this is what is happening.

1) I hear the color wheel spin up and a few quick clicks.

2) Lamp comes on and Lamp LED flashes.. and Flashes.. and Flashes..

3) After a few min after hitting menu many times the lamp led goes
out and I do get a menu... Sometimes..

4) I can use the remote to go to menu and I see a good menu and colors
seem to be correct in menu.

5) When in menu.. It's slow.. Push up and it can take 10-20 seconds to react.

6) I have a dvd and ant connected but it does not see them as inputs and says
not connected on input 1 when I do have video in on # 1, Or RGB, S-Video
or any analog source.

I downloaded the manual for this unit and either the manual is incorrect or it's
a different revision as the Ballast and DMD board are different. I noticed CN-107
(3 pin) is not used in the DMD board and it has another connector (5 pin) that
goes to the Ballast.

I exchanged the lamp for the old one and the old lamp still has life but did nothing
to solve my issue.

Anyone have any ideas.. Seems like it has a mind of it's own

Update:

On Video inputs (left side) I don't see them when in the input
menu.. However when I connected my laptop to the PC Input
the screen changed to connected.. I did get video from PC and
then switched to DVI and it's ok also.

Thing seems like it's running on a 286 pc.. Takes forever to do
whatever you select.. I push down and it takes 10 seconds or more
to move down.

A little more info...

Also, I went back and verified all connectors are correct and
seated properly. No bent or damaged pins. No extra wires or
missing wires.

Service Menu is on top of video. Doing User Reset.. Like other things
it's taking forever.. but it did do it.

Still running slow..

On Power up it can sit for 5-10 min with Lamp light flashing
before it stops flashing. Can not do anything else during that
time.

Went back a 3rd time and checked and rechecked all wiring.

Any Ideas?

I would agree.. However I see the video from the PC in real time.

What board controls the menus? I thought the DMD only delt with
processing the video and such.

It's weird that I also see no analog or RF inputs.

The DMD board is the one that control the menus.
