samsung dlp hls4666w crackeling sound

hello i have a samsung dlp hls4666w started making loud crackeling noises unplugged worked fine when turned on next day same loud sound unplugged didn't help still makes noise i have a good picture i replaced lamp about 5 months ago anyone have an idea on whats wrong

ammm that cracling noise..did it sound like a spining grinding sound??? like..little pieces of glass where moving???
If the sound was like that, then the problem is with the color wheel...its broken

picture is perfect starts about 15 minutes after being on nothing happens to picture

any idea on how much it will cost to fix
