Digital board or analog board? 5067W

Hi guys - from reading this forum, I am confused as to what I need to replace.

I have a 5067W with the green checkerboard effect on Svideo and RCA input. HDMI is clear.

I thought that this means the analog board is bad, but there are members here
with similar problems and they say its the DNIe chip in the digital board that is bad.

what do I need to fix?

is there a diagram to help me? please?

You can test the chip. With the TV in stand by mode: Press "Mute" + 1 + 8 + 2 + "Power", once you are in the service menu run the test pattern for the DNIe chip.
