wierd script on screen?

I have an HL-R5678W, several months ago a horizontal line of red characters showed up on the screen. They almost look like Chinese characters. They went away several days later, but reappeared. Now I have 3 lines toward the top of the screen, going about a third of the way across from L to R. Towards the bottom of the screen I have one line the same as the top, then there are another 3 lines going all the way across. I can still watch the TV without interference but when there is a light colored background, the red script becomes a distraction. Samsung had no ideas for me, I hope someone else does. Thanks, Wolf
