HLR 56x 1080p model, all three lights blink

I have a problem with my 56 inch 1080p Samsung DLP. I use BP9601073A for the lamp housing is that helps. I have previously replaced the ballast as well as the lamp & housing once before. Now the TV turns on, goes through its cycles, and all three lights blink. The lamp doesn't fire up at all during this sequence. The TV's a little over three years old and I'm kind of surprised that I might have to swap out the lamp again. I'm hoping that's the problem since that's an easy fix. The TV has been purring a little lately but I used some canned air to clean it out, seems to maybe have worked. Either way the lamp will not fire up.

Anyone know what the problem might be? Another lamp or ballast perhaps? The picture never went out, no lines, no green while it was on. Doesn't seem to be a DMD/Color wheel issue from what I am reading.

I did notice however that by trying to turn it on again a few times just the lamp indicator was blinking. Sometimes the lamp, sometimes all three.

Just want to get some verification if at all possible before spending another $100 on something I might not need.

Thanks again,
Ian

first off do you hear your color wheel spin? if it doesn't spin your lamp wont come on, kind of sounds like a cd as it spins up. If it's spinning then start with the lamp and if that isnt it then try the ballast. also the color wheel shouldn't make to much noise.

It's hard to say without being there to see whats going on and to test parts. I am thinking you will need a tech to look at it.
