Red lines

I am seeing red outlines on peoples faces, and other objects in the screen. I was told it was the digital board does this sound right? How hard is that to replace? My TV is the HLN56Wx/xxa. Plaese help.

It's hard to say what it is. Does it show up on menu options? I was told even a color wheel could do that.

Nothing in menu options, tried all of that already

ok so the red lines do not show over your menu. since it doesn't show up on your menu then i would say it's a bad digital board. I wasn't meaning an option in the menu. i just wanted to know of the lines showed up when you were looking at the menu.
