RCA HD61LPW62 Replaced Lamp Still No Picture?

We have replaced the lamp,but we still do not have a picture.HD61LPW62.What do we do next?

There are a few different possibilities causing you not to have a picture. 1. It could be you need a new ballast. Your ballast is what ignites your lamp and causes it to power up and give light to your TV screen. 2. It may be your color wheel. If you're hearing a loud whirring, winding, or screeching noise your color wheel needs to be replaced.
