big black blob on bottom right corner of screen

Hi I have owned my pt61lcx66 for over 5 years now and must say its held up really well. Ive been through a lamp or 2 but thats it. Now I have a daughter and last night she decided to spray windex all over the screen while I left the room to go to the bathroom. There is now a large black blob at the bottom right corner of the screen. I was wondering if someone could give me a run through of how to take the front screen panel off completely. and then seperate the different screens and clean them. any help really would be appreciated.
