Toshiba 62HM95 red light on green blinking

Replaced the lamp with oem lamp, still giving the same sign as red on green blinking then reset. The lamp cooling fan has no power. Where do I start to trouble shoot this problem?

For your TV model 62HM95 I see it uses lamp code Toshiba D95-LMP. Is this the bulb you purchased?



From experience I have to ask where or how much you paid for the OEM lamp. 90% of the time I am trouble shooting the lamp solves my problem!



The fan might not be turning on if the lamp is not igniting. Does the lamp come on at all?
