How many lamps have you gone through? What's your make and model? Did you lamp EXPLODE or slowly lose it's brightness (this is a characteristic of DC lamps). Please share your stories and troubles on these TVs so we can get the community to solve them! :)

It depends on the use your television gets. Like how many times you turn it on and off, the time of use for each ignition and even the room temperature.
On average a new lamp will last you anywhere from 6000 to 10,000 hrs.
