2 New lamps and New Color Wheel

My Samsung DLP will come on for about 5 minutes and the lamp goes off. Then the lamp light on the front of my tv flashes lamp. The only way it will cut off is to unplug the tv.

It sounds like your lamp is overheating. Vacuum all the vents in the back of the tv to remove dust and check what happens. Clean inside as well, if you have too much dust that would be the problem.

where did you get the color wheel???
I am looking for one for my LG RU44sz63d
I replaced the lamp a month ago but it suddenly now has no color its only in black and white
...could it be something other than the color wheel???
