Hi,my customer has an LG 42PC1DA Plasma tv. All of a sudden it lost display, the sound is ok and the tv responds to the remote but the screen stays black. Do you have an idea what the problem could be?
P.s the power led flashes 6 or 7 times when i turn the tv on, can't be sure if it did this before or not but i have been told it may indicate the problem.

ammmm im not an expert for plasmas...
But, it could be...one of the sustain boards, power supply or the screen.
check the path in that order.
