Samsung HL-R5067W Loud Noise

When I plug in the TV and power it up, it makes an extremely loud humming noise, like a motor. You can feel the rumble. After about 10 seconds it will power off and the front power button indicator lights will have 'LAMP' and 'STANDBY/TEMP' lit up.

I am not able to power it back on by the power button, unless I unplug the power cord and plug it back in again.

I took off the back panel to take a look while it was powered off, I did not see much dust and the fan seems to spin freely.

Would this just be the lamp? Or does this sound like a power issue as well. I did not notice any blown capacitors at first glance, but I have not yet taken out the boards and looked at them in full detail. Let me know if you have any information or ideas, thank you.
