HLS4266 Shuts off after 4 minutes.

We have a HLS4266 that works fine for about 4 minutes, then the picture goes black with the voice still working for an additional 30 seconds then it dies. If you start it back up it does the same thing only shorter periods of time. Tried replacing the bulb, both fans, thermostat, and the ballast. When it shuts down there is a whirring sound for 10 seconds then all 3 lights come on. any ideas?
