Color and briteness off on Samsung HLN567W

I just bought a used Samsung HLN567W and it is a little dim and the colors are off. Default settings have a green tint. I checked all connections and tried different inputs. No difference. Lamp has never been changed. Will a lamp cause color distortion? If not what might it be?

Also the green does go away and things look pretty normal (everything is a little pale)when I reduce the color to zero. I also wonder why everything displays in 4:3 even thought I am broadcasting in Hi Def
