HLP4663WA DLP has strange color and can't turn off

When start the TV, it works for 1 minute then the picture loses red color and become dark green. It makes no response to remote. I can't switch channels, can't adjust sound vol, can't turn off. any ideas? thanks!

P.S. the ballast is new, lamp is new. color wheel should be good.
What caused this problem? :?:
