The Hitachi 43UWX10B is a high definition monitor and has a 43 inch screen size when measured diagonally. It has an aspect ratio of 16:9 while that of its predecessor was 4:3. Hitachi seems to be adopting two different strategies while manufacturing large screen as well as the moderate screen sizes which are also more convenient in smaller or medium sized rooms or houses. This set belongs to the latter with a height of 39 inches and a modest depth of just over 20 inches.
