Maxent L2614XW02 Sound but no picture?

Turns on - sound but no image???
I'd like more details. but here are some hints.
If you heard a loud popping sound (Lamp symptom)
If your TV shuts off after a couple of minutes (Lamp symptom)
“So if you get any of the previous symptoms then it is most likely the lamp”
