Samsung HLP6163WX XAA Digital Channel Scan

Scanning using Ant. 1 with Air/CATV set to Air. It will try to scan for normal channels only, none of the HD channel sets. [Example 8.1, 8.2].

The same set up works on a newer flatscreen, and it picks up the channels with the same antena.

Just wondering if there's some documentation on a proper scan to pick these up. I read through the manual a bit, and it only has basic information on how to get to the scan menus.

you might have to purchase an antenna that picks up digital signal i.e. a digitenna also remove any coaxial cable from anything that is not an antenna...
