By "the electric went off and everything came back on except the TV," do you mean you lost power to your house? If that is what you mean, was the TV plugged into a surge protector or GFI switch? These require resetting after a power outage. If not, please explain what you DO mean by, "the electric went off and everything came back on except the TV."
