have green vertical lines and no picture

Have a HLR4667WAX that has green vertical lines with no picture. checked the color wheel, seems to be ok. have sound, the guide comes up, everything seems to be ok, other than those lines, also goes full green at times. what else could it be??

UPDATE: Thought I would give it a check this morning. I just started to make sure all plug-ins were on right. I turned it back on. Now I have picture, its very blue, random horizontal off set of picture, blurry, and tracking shifts occasionally to top or bottom. Any suggestions on this?

If you get green vertical bars in the picture but not in the menu screen it could be the digital video board, but if you get green vertical bars or green dots in the picture and in the menu screen it is a DMD symptom, hope this info. can help you :ugeek:

connected my laptop to the tv, and got no picture. seems like the video board is gone. also tried to do the quick fix by putting pressure on it the board chip. still no difference
