HLS6167 lamp light blinking

Got my TV a little over three years ago. Recently changed the bulb as it started getting dim. New bulb in for 3 months and TV goes out. Replaced the bulb but the green lamp light is still blinking. What else could be the problem? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.

A little more info. When I turn on the TV I hear a click and what sounds like the fan. No light and no spinning sound of the color wheel.

that green lamp light doesn't mean the lamp is bad. it means that its not starting up. if you look at the back of the tv when that light is flashing look to see if you can see the lamp lighting from the back of the tv. if it is then most likely issue is the digital boared. If not then it could be a color wheel or a ballast issue.
