toshiba 62hm14 not working

hi guys hope fine same helped,i have a toshiba 62hm14 is was working god then lamp broke, i buy a new lamp and repleace the new one and work for a few day then i buy new ballast and still not working they say is the light engine i got a new one w/color wheel and still not working, when i power my tv i her the click fron the tv for two or three times and then restare againe tpls helme guys tyu.

that clicking sound is most likely the ballast trying to ignite a lamp!
So either you have an old lamp or a defective ballast.
